  • Power snatch + Overhead Squat with 3 second hold in bottom
    • 3 sets at 90% of snatch
  • Power jerk + split jerk
    • 5 sets at 70% of best jerk
  • Snatch balance with 3 second hold in bottom
    • 1 x 5 sets at 80-90% of snatch
