  1. Back Squat
    1. 2 at 65%
    2. 2 at 72%
    3. 4 x 4 at 78%
    4. 4+ at 78%

 

Athlete and Fitness

  1. Partner workout:
    1. Each partner rows 500m
    2. 1 pullup(ring row) per second behind for losing partner
      1. Rest 2 minutes
      2. X 4 sets
    3. Keep track of pullups (ring rows) owed and do all at the end
