GOALS:

SKILL: Snatch balance, treat this as a skill and not max effort. If you lack mobility it might be better to just spend 20 minutes stretching  then doing the movement

WOD: Must hold plates by the edge and NO metal plates. Box jump and step down (step-ups not allowed) Should be a good grip work and push hard!
