Happy Memorial Day Crofton! Come join us for a morning workout. Not just any typical workout, but The MURPH. All ages and skill levels are welcome. If you have a friend who is interested, Join us! Like all days at Crofton CrossFit we can scale the workout to your ability.

Class will begin warming up at 10:00am. This year we have DJ Chop spinning and providing some tasty jams. After the workout, we are going to have a B.Y.O.B. “Potluck” Style Cookout. The Zumba Party begins at 1pm after the drinks and food have settled! Even if you don’t hit the workout, come join in on the festivities after.
