    4. 1 at 75%
    5. 8+ at 80%

Athlete

  1. For time:
    1. Run 200m
    2. 30 wallballs
    3. 15 toes to bar
      1. Rest 2 min x 4 rounds

Fitness

  1. For time:
    1. Run 200m
    2. 30 wallballs
    3. 15 knees to chest
      1. Rest 2 min x 4 rounds

This Thursdays Oly class is canceled. Josh will be out of town making his way to the CrossFit regionals.  Wish him luck before he leaves!
