This picture is super fierce!  This is the face of dedication and mental toughness. Here is Amanda PR’ing her Back Squat at 205! 2 Years ago she started CCF with only a 65# BS and now she is in the 200 club. Never tell yourself you can not do something. Have a goal and stick with it.
