15 minutes mobility work




Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds:


30 Air squats/20 Air squats

20 Cal row/14 Cal row

10 Burpee over rower/7 Burpee over rower


*Scaled reps are provided to make sure you get some rest. Scale further if needed. Ideally each round will be completed in 3:15 or faster.
