    1. Strict pullups 3.3.3— add weight if you can– 3 reps must be unbroken– each (.) is a 10 second rest
    2. 30 hollow rocks

  1. 3 rounds for time (15 min time cap)
    • 30 wallballs at 20/14
    • 30 cal row
    • 30 box jump overs (24/20)

 

Athlete

  1. 3 rounds for time (15 min time cap)
    • 30 wallballs at 14/10
    • 30 cal row
    • 30 box jump overs 20/18

 

Two things:

  1. We are going to have the oly class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. We have had a lot of great feed back that people would rather have that extra oly class Tuesday than gymnastics.
  2. We are so so proud of all our athletes that competed this weekend at the Festivus. You all put 110% in and represented CCF to the finest. We were able to take a few podium spots. Sarah J. 1st place, Amy S. 3rd place and Christian 2nd place. Way to go guys, loving the competition itch lately. If anyone is interested in doing a competition let us know and we can help get you started
