Pre Strength


Weighted Good Mornings.  3×10. Pick a weight that is challenging but you can maintain a perfectly neutral spine.  These should not be max effort sets.




Back Squat 5×3 building.  Dropping the reps down so the weight should be increasing over the past few weeks of 5 reps.

21 American kettlebell swings (53/35)

12 Pull ups
