Tonight’s Intermediate class is the final KB class on Thursday evenings. This evening you will be doing the following:

Warm-up: Standard warmup

Skill – Single-Leg Deadlift

Workout:

IGYG – 1 Double Clean, 5 Presses, 5 Front Squats, 5 Pullups, and 10 Swings with a Heavy KB.

The workout will be IGYG for each movement so you will get adequate rest, which you will need. 🙂
