Tuesday beginners class, we are going to work on improving the Get-Up. Proficiency in the Get-Up requires practice. It’s not a movement you do only when there’s a class. If you are not practicing the movement consistently, you are wasting your time as well as mine. To get the most from the Get-Up, you should practice this move either as a warm-up or as part of a training session. The cool thing is that you don’t have to do it everyday; 2 or 3 times week will go a long way towards dialing it in.
