Tomorrow’s KB Beginner class will focus on the Snatch. To perform the snatch correctly, you must incorporate everything you’ve learned in the Swing. Remember, the Snatch is a ballistic move where you are driving the KB from the ground straight overhead so you must ensure you load up correctly and get a good backswing – the Backswing is the key whether you are swinging, cleaning or snatching. We’ll review the one-arm swing, then progress to the High-Pull, and finally put it all together and drive it overhead.
