Strict ring pull ups in false grip 5×5 or 5 sets of ring muscle ups.  Don’t go to failure on any set.  Just looking to get work in.

Single leg squat off of box x 5-8

DB Z-press x 8 or Strict HSPU x 3-8






10 Alt DB snatch (50/35)

10m OH walking lunge (50/35)*

40m Shuttle run


Rest 1 minute after each round


*Switch OH arm every round
