Attention: The Kettlebell class is scheduled for 6:30 tomorrow. Hopefully, by then, the roads will be passable as the storm is supposed to be over in the morning. Anyway, as I mentioned last week, we begin a new Beginner cycle tomorrow. First off is the Swing. We will cover the following as it pertains to the Swing, and practically every other movement you do.

Plank

Deadlift

Pendulum Swing

Back Swing

We will do all of this before we actually Swing the bell. In addition, we will also cover the One-Hand and Hand-to-Hand Swings.
