We apologize for the miscommunication about Tuesdays Gymnastics class but Starting today, Thursday the Olympic lifting class is starting at 6:30pm.

Tuesdays at 6:30pm will be Gymnastics- all levels welcomed. This class is starting back to basics getting everyone stronger, working on mechanics and will be structured like a CF class.

Thursdays at 6:30pm will be Oly Class. This is going to be more Individualized. Josh will start the class explaining what the agenda is for the day then as everyone is working on their movements  individually correct technique.

Yesterdays WOD was definitely a doozy!
