SKILL:
Hang Power Snatch Heavy Single

WOD:
On the Minute for 16 minutes:
Odd: max Hang Power Snatch @85% of 1RM in Skill
Even: Row max meters in 30 seconds

BASIC/COMP: SKILL/WOD only

GOALS:
SKILL: Work up to heavy in 15 minutes. Once you feel form breaking stop and grab coach
WOD: Odd should be heavy and shouldn’t be a 30 seconds of fast reps. Break into a few TnG as needed.
