    1. 10 strict pullups at tempo 11X3
    2. 8 dragon flags

 

Athlete

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    1. 5 wall walks
    2. 20 box jumps with step down 30/24″
    3. 40 wallballs 20/14

Fitness

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    1. 5 wall walks
    2. 20 box jumps with step down 24/20″
    3. 40 wallballs 14/10

 

Dont forget Thursday there is only one class at 9am then open gym from only 12 to 3. Friday we are closed and Saturday we only have a 10am Ruckfit class
