Monday-

Skill

  1. 5 sets
    1. 12 shouders shifts or 12 shoulder taps or 10m hs walk
    2. :30 side plank left
    3. :30 side plank right

Athlete

  1. For time
    1. 10 power cleans 135/95
    2. 5 burpees over bar
    3. 10 front squats
    4. 5 burpees over bar
    5. 40 DU
    6. 5 burpees over bar
      1. Rest 2 min x 4 sets
      2. Once you start you will be on your own clock so make sure to monitor your rest time.

Fitness

  1. For time
    1. 10 power cleans 95/65
    2. 5 burpees over bar
    3. 10 front squats
    4. 5 burpees over bar
    5. 80 singles
    6. 5 burpees over bar
      1. Rest 2 min x 4 sets
      2. Once you start you will be on your own clock so make sure to monitor your rest time.
