  1. With partner for time complete 2k row as fast as possible (switch as needed)
  2. In partners 6 rounds (divide as you want 1 partner working at a time)
    1. 30 air squats
    2. 19 power cleans 135/95
    3. 7 strict pullups
    4. 400m run

*If you are planning to show up for the community service today and want to follow or car pool, I will be at the gym at 10:15 and leaving no later than 10:30am. We are going straight to Baltimore.  Dont forget to wear your CCF shirt or Hoodie so we can keep track and represent our box!!
