Build to a 3RM Thruster.  You can take the bar from a rack.

 

Skill

 

3 Sets

 

Hanging knee tuck hold x 12-20 seconds

Side plank x 20-30 seconds each side

 

WOD

 

AMRAP 7

 

3 Thruster (95/65)

3 Burpee over bar

6 Thruster

6 Burpee over bar

9 Thruster

9 Burpee over bar

 

*add 3 reps each time
