Skill

  1. 3 sets not for time
    1. 12 ring swings
    2. 10 seated kb press per arm

Athlete

  1. 5 rounds
    1. 100m shuttle run
    2. 20 thrusters 45/35
    3. 12 burpees over bar
      1. Rest 2 minutes
      2. Once you start you will be on your own clock so make sure to monitor your rest time.
