5×5 false grip negatives (as slow as possible, get all 5 unbroken though)



Deadlift 2, 4, 6, 8, 10…

50m run

Deadlifts starting at 2 reps then increacing by 2 each time you get back to the bar. The DL should be heavy and the run should be a recovery.
