Sunday-

  1. With a partner : 6 rounds each 2:00 prowler push for max distance—rest while partner works
  2. 6 rounds for time (each partner runs 3 times and completes max reps 3 times)
    1. Partner 1 runs 400m
    2. Partner 2 max reps bear complex
      1. Switch when run is complete
