    3. 40m walking lunge
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds

Fitness

  1. AMRAP 10
    1. 6 ring rows
    2. 10 power snatches 65/45
    3. 40m walking lunge
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds

Hours this week :

Wednesday: Last class is the 5:30pm

Thursday we will have a turkey throw down class at 9am, prep you guys for eating all that amazing food. this WOD will be team based smile emoticon

Friday we are canceling the 6am and 9am class then back to normal hours starting at 10am!
