I heard that bell ring 20 times yesterday!!! I know there have been some beat up legs over the last couple months but it was definitely worth the hard work you guys put in!!! The coaches and I are very proud of you and even the coaches got into the big lifts yesterday!

None, get ready for back squats


Mobility for back squats. Get nice and limber especially if you did dead lifts yesterday.

15 minutes to find 1rm back squat

If you did dead lifts yesterday go into this with a fresh mind. Yes your body is beat up but you can push through this one last lift!



5 handstand push ups

10 heavy kb swings

20 double unders
