Just over 10 weeks unroll the Crossfit open 2018!!! Private party to all who complete all workouts and sign up on Crossfit games website in January.


15 minutes to find your 1RM Deadlift… Yea I know it is Thursday… We need to test this as it is the end of the cycle!

5×5 pull up negatives… this should hurt and take up 10 minute at least. Go slow enough that you need rest to recover. Use weight if needed to push yourself.
