Tuesday-

Skill:

  1. EMOM 12
    1. 1 snatch grip DL + 1 snatch floor (below knee)—working on perfect form on DL

Athlete:

  1. AMRAP 10
    1. 4 min burpees
    2. 3 min OH plate lunges for meters 45/35
    3. 2 min air squats
    4. 1 min plate ground to overhead 45/35
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds

Fitness:

  1. AMRAP 10
    1. 4 min burpees
    2. 3 min OH plate lunges for meters 25/15
    3. 2 min air squats
    4. 1 min plate ground  to overhead 25/15
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds
