NO 6:30PM CROSSFIT CLASS (For now). They will be replaced with speciality classes (due to room) but we will allow open gym during time! You must let coach know what your doing and we will help you as best we can so you can do house wod or anything you need to work on!

GOALS:

WOD: Should be heavy 60 second work. Scale down to keep moving. KB/DB can be held in center of chest (think goblet squat). Keep chest straight up on this and keep alt legs!
