Front squat
8 x 3 at 70%

B.

Fitness:

AMRAP 20
1 power clean 95/65
3 DB Presses
5 wallballs 14/10 @10ft

Athlete:

AMRAP 20
1 power clean 155/115
3 handstand pushups
5 wallballs 20/14 @10ft

Goal: B. If you can NOT do RX strict HSPU or have to use more than one ambit, do DB presses

Saturdays RuckFit Class, they may have worked a little to hard that day haha
