    1. 50 DL
    2. 50 cal row
    3. 50 wallballs
    4. 50 cal bike
    5. 50 power clean
    6. 50 pushups
    7. 50 power snatch
    8. 50 Toes to bar
      1. *every 2 min 5 burpees
