  1. Back Squats
    1. 5 reps x 5 sets at 80%

Fitness:

  1. AMRAP 20
    1. 100 burpees
    2. 80 abmat situps
    3. 60 pushups
    4. 40 wallballs 14/10
    5. 20 power snatch 75/55

Athlete:

  1. AMRAP 20
    1. 100 burpees
    2. 80 abmat situps
    3. 60 pushups
    4. 40 wallballs 20/14
    5. 20 power snatch 95/65

Goal: steady throughout; break movements up into manageable chunks.
