  1. 8 clean grip RDL
  2. 8 2-point bent over DB rows

Athlete

  1. With a partner:
    1. 6 min AMRAP
      1. Partner 1 rows
      2. Partner 2 double kb farmer carry hold
    2. 6 min AMRAP
      1. Partner 1 burpees
      2. Partner 2 plank holds
    3. 6 min AMRAP
      1. Partner 1 air squats
      2. Partner 2 double kb front rack hold
        1. Kb must be held or plank held before reps can start
        2. Switch at any time
        3. Goal is max meters+max burpees+ max air squats

Fitness

  1. With a partner:
    1. 6 min AMRAP
      1. Partner 1 rows

Hours for this week! Thursday we are closing early. the last class will be at 4:30pm (no 5:30-7:30pm) Friday we are only having a 10am class then back to normal schedule on Saturday
