    2. Minute 2- 50m single arm farmer carry left
    3. Minute 3- 10 skater squats (5/side)

Fitness:

  1. Helen 3 rounds
    1. 400m run
    2. 21 kb swings 44/35
    3. 12 ring rows

Athlete:

  1. Helen 3 rounds
    1. 400m run
    2. 21 kb swings 53/44
    3. 12 pullups

Goal: Push hard on the run and try to do the other movements unbroken
