Even: 10 Box Jumps 24/20”

 

BASIC/COMP: Rest

 

GOALS:

SKILL: Seated box jump, knee jumps..etc

WOD: Challenge yourself with Ring Push-ups if you can, same with boxes. Anyone going to try 30/24″ 🙂
