Tuesday-

  1. EMOM 12
    1. 1 snatch grip DL + 1 snatch from the hang (below knee)—working on perfect form on DL

Fitness:

  1. AMRAP 10
    1. Run 800m
    2. 15 Pushups
    3. 15 pullups
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds

Athlete:

  1. AMRAP 10
    1. Run 800m
    2. 15 Pushups
    3. 15 pullups
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds

Goal: 80% effort; try to get same score on each AMRAP

Come join  us Friday night at 6:30pm for a fun team wod throw down. This is not a class but just the trainers and members throwing down and working out. Let me know if you have questions or are interested in joining.  Gonna try and have it every Friday!
