  2. Odd: :30 inchworm plank (walk your hands as far out as possible)

Fitness:

  1. 4 min AMRAP
    1. 10 Thrusters 65/45
    2. 10 Box jumps
    3. 10 Cal row
      1. Rest 2 min x 4 sets

Athlete:

  1. 4 min AMRAP
    1. 10 Thrusters 95/65
    2. 10 Box jumps
    3. 10 Cal row
      1. Rest 2 min x 4 sets

Goal: Maintain same rounds during each AMRAP
