Sunday-

“Pet Rock”

Each team gets 2 kettlebells, Teams of 3—they may not touch the ground for the entire workout—penalty for kettlebells touching the ground is 20 burpees.

30 min AMRAP (2 partners can be working at a time and other person is resting)

  • 100 kb swings (Russian)
  • 1 lap around building
  • 100 squat cleans  95/65
  • 1 lap around building
  • 100 kb abmat situps
  • 1 lap around building
  • 100 reverse lunges
  • 1 lap around building

KB weight – Athlete is 70/55;  fitness is 45/35
