Each team gets 2 kettlebells, Teams of 3—they may not touch the ground for the entire workout—penalty for kettlebells touching the ground is 20 burpees.

- 1 lap around building
- 100 squat cleans 95/65
- 1 lap around building
- 100 kb abmat situps
- 1 lap around building
- 100 reverse lunges
- 1 lap around building
KB weight – Athlete is 70/55; fitness is 45/35
