    1. 5-7 TTB/Knees to elbow/knees to chest (working on kipping technique!)
    2. 10 Double KB RDL

Fitness;

  1. AMRAP 21
    1. 2k row buy in: Then
    2. 15 Deadlifts 115/75
    3. 15 wallballs 14/10
    4. 15 abmat situps
    5. 15 burpees over bar

Athlete:

  1. AMRAP 21
    1. 2k row buy in: Then
    2. 15 Deadlifts 155/105
    3. 15 wallballs 20/14
    4. 15 abmat situps
    5. 15 burpees over bar

Goal: Find a consistent pace for the row and stick with it. You will not have much time left for the AMRAP so hit it hard and try to maintain your pace.
