Pre strength

3×5 front squat (10# / 5# more than last week*)

3×5 press (5# / 2.5# more than last week*)

*if you are doing the linear progression.


4 x 5 Inch Worms on the box (hips over head) Hand positioning from box should be in triangle form.


3 Rounds for Time


5 Heavy deadlift (Dropping after each)

10 burpee over bar

15 abmat situps.

Rest 3 Minutes between rounds
