4 x 5 Inch Worms on the box (hips over head) Hand positioning from box should be in triangle form.
3 Rounds for Time
5 Heavy deadlift (Dropping after each)
10 burpee over bar
15 abmat situps.
Rest 3 Minutes between rounds
