Skill:

  1. EMOM 12
    1. Minute 1: 8-12 pushups ( work for perfect positions and execution)
    2. Minute 2: 8-12  strict pulllups or rings rows at 31X3 tempo
    3. Minute 3: 15 abmat situps

Fitness:

  1. AMRAP 14
    1. 4 wall walks
    2. Accumulate 1:00 plank
    3. 4 Turkish getups
    4. Accumulate 1:00 hollow rock hold

Athlete:

  1. AMRAP 14
    1. 4 wall walks
    2. Accumulate 1:00 plank
    3. 4 Turkish getups
    4. Accumulate 1:00 hollow rock hold

Goal: flow session today. Get your body moving and blood flowing. You will not be able to go very fast on this one so focus on the having GREAT technique!
