Skill:

  1. EMOM 12
    1. Clean DL+ hang clean from hang (from above knee)—working on perfect DL form

Fitness:

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    1. 500m row
    2. 10 front squats 45/35
    3. 1 laying rope climb

Athlete:

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    1. 500m row
    2. 10 front squats 95/65
    3. 1 rope climb

Goal: This one is a little shorter so play to your strengths and try to speed up on that portion and stay consistent on the spots that aren’t your strength. Try not to pace this one too much!
