  1. EMOM 10
    1. Even: 10 Hollow rocks+ 10 gymnastics kips
    2. Odd: 30 double unders/60 singles

 

Fitness

  1. 4 min AMRAP
    1. 200m run
    2. 12 air squats
    3. 10 abmat situps
      1. Rest 2 minutes
      2. X 4 rounds

Athlete:

  1. 4 min AMRAP
    1. 200m run
    2. 12 air squats
    3. 10 abmat situps
      1. Rest 2 minutes
      2. X 4 rounds

Goal: same score on each round. Move steadily through at a pace that doesn’t require you to take any rest.
