Skill:

  1. Front squat
    1. 6 reps x 4 sets at 75%

Metcon:

Fitness

  1. AMRAP 20
    1. 7 power cleans 75/55
    2. 7 shoulder to OH 75/55
    3. 200m run carrying wallball (14/10)

Athlete:

  1. AMRAP 20
    1. 7 power cleans 135/95
    2. 7 shoulder to OH 135/95
    3. 200m run carrying wallball (20/14)

Goal: Move through the barbell movements quickly and efficiently; try to do them unbroken. Pace the run at a slightly slower pace so that when you come in you can immediately get back on the bar

 

Big congrats to Jonny and Mary for competing in the festivous games this weekend.  Mary was able to grab that 2nd place spot, awesome job Mary!  Also big congrats to the Power Athlete class for wining this years CCF highland games.
