Pre Strength

Weight should be going up from last week. BS up 10lbs for guys and 5lbs for women. For the bench it should be going up 5 for guys and 2.5 for the women.

3×5 Back Squat

3×5 Bench Press


3×5 Tripod w/ head cushion

2×10 T-Lever to  half kick up



100KB Swings

80 Sit ups

60 Goblet Squats

40 Push ups

20 Alt. Single Arm KB presses
