Top of minute do 1 Clean& Jerk @ 85% of 1RM

*starts with C&J and last minute is just “cindy”

BASIC: Working on clean pulls!

WOD: If you don’t know your 1RM then do a “heavy” for the top of the minute. This is a total of 8 C&J and this should move FAST! Scale as needed!
