WOD: Challenge yourself on the 40 ring dips

 

Kettlebell class picking up by Coach Tony (your KB/RuckFit specialist). I have brought this up to a few people, what if we had a 6:30pm class dedicated to Open gym and/or specialty classes? This would be Mon/Wed Endurance/Bodyweight club and then KB on Tue/Thur ? Leave comments on your thoughts!
