Thursday-

Skill:

  1. EMOM 10
    1. Even: 4 stone to shoulder
    2. Odd: 2 tire flips

Goal: use this time to work on these two skills for the upcoming metcon

Fitness:

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    1. Run 400 m
    2. 10 stone to shoulder
      1. Immediately into:
  2. 15 min amrap
    1. Row 500m
    2. 5 tire flips

Athlete:

  1. 15 min AMRAP
    1. Run 400 m
    2. 10 stone to shoulder
      1. Immediately into:
  2. 15 min amrap
    1. Row 500m
    2. 5 tire flips

Goal: This is essentially a 30 minute amrap. Try to settle into a nice easy pace for the entire time. View this as a 30 minute run… you wouldn’t sprint a few meters and then sit down and rest so don’t do that here!
