WOD:

AMRAP 8:

12 Deadlift 115/75#

6 Power Snatch 115/75#

GOALS:

SKILL: work up to heavy set of 3 rep tap n go

WOD: Stretch out those hammies! The deadlift will be light but will not help the PS. This is a lot of pulling so make sure you work good positioning and correct muscle firing .
