Skill:

  1. EMOM 12
    1. 1 snatch grip DL + 1 snatch from the hang (above knee)—working on perfect form on DL and hitting all 3 positions

AMRAP 10

  1. 30-20-10
    1. Shoulder to OH (65/454)
    2. Abmat situps
    3. wallballs (14/10)
    4. pushups
    5. burpees
    6.  air squats
    7. tuckups
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds
      3. If you finish the round of 10 start again at 30

Athlete:

AMRAP 10

  1. 30-20-10
    1. Shoulder to OH (95/65)
    2. Abmat situps
    3. wallballs (20/14)
    4. pushups
    5. burpees
    6.  air squats
    7. v-ups
      1. Rest 2 min
      2. X 2 rounds
      3. If you finish the round of 10 start again at 30

Goal: Same score on both AMRAPS. Work at a quick pace that allows you to keep moving throughout the entire 10 minutes without resting for long periods.
