– 10:30am Starts the Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser for The Navy Ball
– Depending on when that ends we will have a pot luck style cook-out at 12ish
– Bring anything to throw on grill or side dish!

GOALS:
BASIC: Work up strong and only 3 attempts at max effort
WOD: a long enduring workout. find a good good pace and hold for all 5 rounds!
